Bodyplace provides all trainers with personalized business cards, client waivers, PARQ forms, and other necessary documentation.
Client Management.
At Bodyplace, we provide you with everything you need to manage your business and build your clientele. Clients can view your schedule and book appointments online or via the mobile app. As you get busier, this will be essential in managing your business . You can even use the portal to send clients automatic email reminders of sessions, email them individual workout plans, etc.
We offer a full suite of tools to encourage your clients to book with you. For example, send out automatic promotions to your clients based on how many times they’ve worked out with you, their fitness goals are, or personal achievements.
Our reception area is setup with an iPad that accepts credit and debit card payments, if your clients prefer to pay in person.
